Fertility Acupuncture

Hi Emer, I hope you're well.. Just a quick message to say thanks for all your support and great treatments before Christmas. Despite my resolution that not having another one would be totally fine.... I'm 13 weeks pregnant:) and delighted naturally. Hubby thought we should give it one more try in January, and hey presto ! Thanks again, I'm positive the acupuncture and being able to talk about it helped a lot. Sure I'll bump into you soon, and will most likely need a treatment in the coming months as the bump grows bigger ;) xx S. Wicklow

Trying to get pregnant naturally

The events of the hormonal cycle are controlled by and interplay of 5 hormones secreted by 3 organs known as the HPO axis.  Acupuncture can help to regulate the HPO Axis. Acupuncture will also greatly improve the flow of blood in the pelvic cavity including ovaries.

Together we will plan out a course of treatments for your situation.  It is good to bear in mind that it takes 16- 20 weeks  from the time the follicle in your ovary starts to develop to the moment where the egg it contains is mature enough for ovulation. There is much that Acupuncture, a healthy diet and correct liftstyle can do to set this follicle off on the right track.

Acupuncture can greatly help to  improve /support the following

Irregular Menstrual Cycle, PMS, Stress, Insomnia, IBS

Endometriosis, Fibroids, Pain, Ovulation Problems

PCOS, Poor Lining

Hormonal Imbalance

Unexplained Infertility, Secondary Infertility

Autoimmunity Issues

IVF, IUI,ICSI support
