Emer believes in the importance of 'self-cultivation' and self-compassion as a health practitioner which includes quality time connecting with family and friends, relevant continuous education, spontaneity, and plenty of rest.
Additional Acupuncture training undertaken by Emer are with Debra Betts, Trevor Wing, Paul Johnson, and Jani White in the area of Pregnancy and Fertility and Post-Natal care and in Cosmetic Acupuncture Hung Tsui Ying and Shanghai Acupuncture College Ireland. Other trainings include CT Holman- Telemedicine Treatments using Chinese Medicine. CT Holman- Advanced Facial Diagnosis. Also a Diploma in Fractal Acupuncture with Steve Rogers and most recently a Master Class in Menopause with Kath Berry.
Prior to her Acupuncture Career, Emer worked for Bank of Ireland for several years and then as a Headhunter within the Financial Services Sector and she holds an Advanced Executive Diploma in Business and Life-Coaching and has recently qualified as Deep Transformational Coach.
